"We purchased an '05 Honda Goldwing in March '10 from Butch Roy and received excellent service. Due to the poor weather this spring, we were not able to drive the bike before the warranty had expired. Unfortunatley a problem was detected later, and we didn't contact Butch as we felt it was a Used Bike and it was our problem. Butch followed up with us to see how we were enjoying the Wing and low and behold after our discussion, he resolved our issue for us and went way above our expectations. We would certainly recommend Butch and Bieda's Powersports as they stand behind their product and truly believe in Customer Satisfaction."
